If you are unhappy or not satisfied, with any aspect of our service, please contact our support who will attempt to rectify the situation. If the problem cannot be fixed and you are unhappy with the service you are entitled to a refund within 30 days. You will be given a full refund Without Domain Registration regular fees of the contract amount including setup fees but excluding overages within 7 working days. Domain Registration fees are not refundable at all. If the web hosting plan includes a free domain name registration, when cancelled an amount equal to the regular domain name registration fee will be charged. There are no refunds past the 30 day period.We also accept account cancellation submitted from the registered email address of the account holder. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. If payment was made by check or bank transfer, payment will be made by company check within 15 days of receipt of cancellation .
